The present Legal Conditions are applied to the sale of every service offered by the ENTITY through their Website.

The usage by the Client of these services assumes the agreement with these conditions that will be available from the moment of order transaction through the Website. Thus, it is convenient the Client attentively reads said General Conditions before continuing the purchase process.

If the Client selects the option “I agree with the privacy policy and service conditions” it will be regardered as their understanding and full agreement, and they will be able to continue the purchase process. Conversely, if the Client does not accept the conditions, the purchase operation will conclude and it will not entail any obligation on the Client’s part.

The ENTITY has adopted the security leves to protect the personal data that are legally required, has adopted the technical and organisational measures required by the Royal Decree 1720/2007, Regulation of security measures of automated files that contain personal data, and has installed all of the means and technical measures on their hand to avoid the loss, wrong usage, alteration, non-authorised access and theft of the data facilitated on the website. Notwithstanding, the user is aware of the fact that security measures on the Internet are not impregnables.

The Client will protect the confidentiality of passwords and usernames that the ENTITY facilitates and assume full responsibility for their own usage, and third parties usage, of their password or account. These General Conditions are ruled by the Spanish Law. The parties with renouncement to any other jurisdictions that could correspond, are irrevocably and unconditionally submited to the exclusive competence of the jurisdiction of the Juzgados and Tribunales of Villacarriedo to solve every arising or related to this agreement conflict or question.
