José Arce Rebollar, archbishop of Zaragoza and Burgos, Patriarch of the Indies and General Inquisitor and Council of Castilla was the owner of this house. The building was constructed in 17th c., the tower on one of its corners standing out. It has two emblems, one on the tower and other one in the main facade, with the arms of Abascal and Zorrilla.
This proyect has been made possible thanks to the implementation of the LEADER Valles Pasiegos 2014 - 2020 program, financed by the Regional Ministry of Rural Development, Livestock, Fisheries, Food and Enviroment of Cantabria; the Ministry of Agroculture, Food and Enviroment; the European Union FEADER funds, and the City Councils integrated in the Association for the Promotion and Development of the Pas Valleys.
