Tower of Bustillo Penilla in Toranzo

Although this tower dates from the Medieval age what we can see today is a reconstruction from 17th century, work of Sir Juan de Bustillo y Ceballos. The original tower was destroyed in the beginning of 16th century, during the “Pleito de los Valles”.
