Located in Liérganes, since 2006 artisanal beer are elaborated under the brand Cervezas DouGall’s, which offers a craftmade, limited product following English elaboration methods. The result is a dense and tasteful beer.
Dougall’s distills different types of beer: light, black and lager, each of them with its peculiarities.
We point out some of them:
942, of high fermentation, aromatic, balanced and fresh, Pale Ale style, with American hops Simcoe and Cascade. Golden orange colour. Stand out the sweet touch of the Caragold barley compensated with citrics and ripe peach.
Pale Ale Alc. 4,2% 330ml
Ingredients:
Malts: Maris Otter y Caragold
Hops: Cascade y Simcoe
Yeast: ALE
Tres mares is a high fermentation beer, Brown style. In it we find cereal and malt tastes to then transform into an intense hop flavour. Copper-brown colour. Of medium carbonation. Beige foam.
Amber Ale Alc. 5,2% 330ml
Ingredients:
Malts: Maris Otter, Roasted Barley y Chocolate Malt
Hops: Centennial y Palisade
Yeast: ALE
Leyenda Extra Special Bitter style, it is a dark orange beer, bitter and strong, with fruity and spicy flavours. It leaves a nice footprint in the palate because of the malts and hops combination.
