This small family establishment located in the heart of Vega de Pas has been making sobaos and quesadas of recognized quality for years, which are a benchmark of the village.
This proyect has been made possible thanks to the implementation of the LEADER Valles Pasiegos 2014 - 2020 program, financed by the Regional Ministry of Rural Development, Livestock, Fisheries, Food and Enviroment of Cantabria; the Ministry of Agroculture, Food and Enviroment; the European Union FEADER funds, and the City Councils integrated in the Association for the Promotion and Development of the Pas Valleys.
