Located in Vega del Pas for 400 years is La Zapita, a “sobaos” and “quesadas” bakery currently managed by Pablo Pelayo, who maintains the most strict selection of raw materials and traditional methods.
Following the traditional recipe, they also make an exquisite “quesada” without chemical additives, achieving an excellent flavour, texture and presentation.
