In the Pas Valleys you can enjoy all the flavours in the best restaurants, with traditional food and regional recipes. Pas gastronomy is plentiful and satiating, intended to alleviate the long, cold winters in the mountains. We must admit, it is one of the great incentives of a rural getaway to the Pas Valleys.
